HydraFacial for Pound Ridge, NY
Clearer, brighter and better-hydrated skin in under an hour, about 22 minutes from Scotts Corners in Bedford Hills.

Skin that spends time outdoors
Pound Ridge is home to Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, the largest park in Westchester County, more than 4,000 acres of ridges and trails. If your weekends are spent on those trails, your skin spends them in the sun and wind as well. Dull, dehydrated skin and uneven pigment are exactly what a HydraFacial is meant to help with: it clears the pores, lifts off dead surface cells and puts moisture back, and with regular treatments it reduces the look of hyperpigmentation and sun damage over time.
Three stages, then protection
Everything happens through one handpiece with a vacuum tip. First it cleans out the pores while a gentle peel of alpha and beta hydroxy acids loosens dead cells. Then the same suction draws out blackheads and other impurities, with no metal extraction tools, while hyaluronic acid serums restore moisture. In the last stage antioxidants and peptides are worked in to protect the skin and support its collagen, and LED light is used along the way. A moisturizer and a broad-spectrum sunscreen finish the visit, guarding the freshly resurfaced skin before you head back outside.
The whole appointment takes 30 to 60 minutes. You feel mild suction and pressure, and the brighter look is there the moment you sit up.
Your estheticians
HydraFacial is among the specialties of both of Bellava’s licensed medical estheticians. Semira Crecco-Donnelly has more than 20 years in the field and holds certifications in CoolSculpting and Vivace; Natalina McEwan brings over 12 years in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. Either begins with an analysis of your skin and chooses the serums to match it, whether the concern is congestion, dryness, discoloration or early signs of aging.
From Scotts Corners
Scotts Corners, the quarter-mile of shops along Westchester Avenue at the southern end of town, is about ten miles from Bellava, roughly 22 minutes without traffic. The route runs by Route 137 and Route 172 west through Bedford Village, then north on Route 22 and onto Harris Road. From the Town House it is a little closer, at around 19 minutes. With the treatment itself under an hour, the whole trip fits easily into a morning.
Pound Ridge patients ask
How often should I come back? Clinicians usually suggest every four to six weeks, since the benefits build from one treatment to the next. Bellava’s membership includes a HydraFacial each month.
Can I hike the same day? Leave strenuous exercise, a hard trail run included, until the following day. Otherwise you can go straight back to whatever you had planned.
Will my face feel sore? There may be mild tenderness, like a light sunburn, for a few hours. Any redness fades quickly.
Can I book online? Yes. Book Now shows the times that are open.
