Who does the injecting

The appointment, start to finish

It opens with a conversation about which lines bother you and a look at your medical history, and your injector watches how your face moves before mapping where each injection goes and how much. The skin is cleansed, then a few small injections are placed through a very fine needle; each feels like a quick pinprick. A full treatment takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and there is nothing to recover from, so you can go straight back to your day.

The muscle begins to relax within 3 to 10 days and the full effect shows at around two weeks. A little redness, swelling or a small bruise at an injection point can happen; it usually clears within a few days.
