New Castle has been a town of its own since 1791, when it broke away from North Castle. Today it takes in Chappaqua, its largest hamlet, and Millwood in the northwest. The surgeon

Chang Soo Kim, MD, took his medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine and trained in plastic surgery at Yale–New Haven Hospital. The American Board of Plastic Surgery certifies him, and he belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Every operation he performs at Bellava happens on site, in a surgical suite accredited by The Joint Commission, and the same team sees you for each check-up afterwards.
