Blepharoplasty (Eye Lift)
Over time, the upper and/or lower eyelids can begin to develop a sagging or bulging appearance, which is where eyelid surgery can help. With a blepharoplasty, you can restore the natural contour of the upper and/or lower lids, resulting in a younger, more rested, and alert appearance.

Cheek Lift
Beautiful, full cheeks are a quintessential sign of a youthful appearance. But as we age, we lose that volume and gravity often creates a gaunt, hollow look. Dark circles under the eyes and deep creases between the nose and mouth are also common as we age.
To turn back the clock, cheek lifts (also called mid-face lifts) are designed to elevate the fat pad in the cheek (the malar fat pad) and provide fullness for a rejuvenated look that can last years. Cheek lifts also help reduce sagging, puffy jowls, and correct droopy, fatty tissue associated with aging.
Chin Augmentation
At Bellava MedAesthetics & Plastic Surgery Center, our chin augmentation procedures often involve surgical implants to correct a weak chin or provide better balance and enhance the overall appearance of the face.
Chin augmentations are designed to create a more harmonious profile by refining facial definition and contour. In some cases, our patients require a chin reduction rather than an implant to correct an oversized or protruding chin, which we are also happy to provide.
Facelifts
Our innovative facelift procedures all address different aging issues to deliver a natural, refreshed appearance as opposed to a “pulled” look. Neck Lift
When considering neck rejuvenation, it is important to determine the source of the aged appearance. Excess skin and fat collection under the chin can lead to a loss of the angle below the chin, while fat distribution across the neck may make the neck and face look like one structure. Each of these issues can be addressed separately or through a combination of neck lift procedures.
A neck lift involves making small incisions directly below the chin and, in some cases, below the ears as well. The neck lift often involves both a cervicoplasty to remove excess skin and a platysmaplasty to remove or alter muscles.

Rhinoplasty
While the shape of one’s nose is usually the result of heredity, sometimes its appearance may have been altered by an injury or prior surgery.
With a rhinoplasty (nose job), you can improve the nose’s appearance by reshaping, resizing, or fine-tuning specific areas of the nose. Rhinoplasties can also correct breathing problems associated with the nose, such as a deviated septum.
Rhinoplasty Benefits:

Vivace® RF Microneedling
The Vivace Experience® is a non-surgical treatment that tightens skin by stimulating your own collagen and elastin production. It can also help with scarring or stretch marks caused by aging and weight loss. When the Vivace® device is applied to the skin, sterile microneedles target deep into the dermis, which stays open for up to six hours.
