2. Where did you train? Dr. Kim earned his medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine and completed his plastic surgery residency at Yale–New Haven Hospital.
3. Where will the operation happen, and who accredits it? An accredited operating room has been inspected against the same kind of standards as a hospital. Bellava’s surgical suite is accredited by The Joint Commission.
4. Can I see your own before and after photos of this procedure? Not stock images and not another surgeon’s. See Dr. Kim’s results.
5. Who will look after me after surgery? Ask who you call at night, how follow-ups are scheduled and who sees you at them. Ask us the same thing at your consultation.

It is free, it is private and it does not commit you to anything. He asks what you want to change and why, examines you, and explains which procedure — if any — would get you there, what recovery looks like for someone with your life, and what the result will realistically be. Getting here from Pleasantville
Pick up the Saw Mill River Parkway north from Pleasantville and stay on it almost all the way; the last stretch is a few hundred yards on Route 117. If you would rather not drive after a procedure, arrange a ride — Pleasantville is close enough that the person collecting you will not lose their day.
